Eagles 3rd day of DC and NY Trip.
Day 3: Washington, DC & New York City Trip.
We started the day at America's most sacred shrine, Arlington National Cemetery. PHS students knew the importance of this sacred place and had the opportunity to see the Changing of the Guard. After paying our respects, we took a long bus ride to New York City. We visited the Empire State Building and travel up to the 86 floor to see the city from the observation deck. Unfortunately, all we could see were clouds. That did not stop our students from making the best out of the activities and entertainment within the building. We are excited that the weather will be perfect tomorrow to explore the Big Apple.
