Constable Sandlin and crew joined Project Joy and Hope helping seriously ill children for Christmas.
Constable Sandlin and members of the Precinct 8 Constable's Office had the pleasure of delivering gifts to two families that are currently residents of Project Joy and Hope in Pasadena. This is the fourth year that we have teamed up with this organization. Project Joy and Hope provides a "home away from home" for seriously ill children, those who have undergone a transplant and children requiring hospice care.
This is something we look forward to each year and our staff is always happy to give back to the community we serve. It's a blessing for us to do something that brings some joy to children's lives in the midst of so much sadness and struggle. We’d also like to thank the Corbett family with Corbett & Co. Property Tax Consulting for donating three bicycles to the families!
We wish both families a very Merry Christmas and we pray for healing for both children.
