Demolition has begun for the Cascade Water Tank Project
The new and improved water tank will be 1-million-gallon pre-stressed concrete.
The new tank will be 65 feet wide and 42 feet high. With community safety a priority, the adjacent Cascade Park will be closed during construction of the new water tank. This construction is expected to take 1 year.
Cascade Water Plant Improvements Project will restore water storage capabilities to the tank location.
The new water tank and pumping facility will provide restored pressure and volume needed to enhance water service in the area.
Cascade Park restoration plans are also in the works to bring even more improvements to the area.
