Benji is the Zoolander at the Strawberry Festival unless you come get him. Then he's your Zoolander. 😊
We were looking for models to help try on the gear for this weekend’s event at The Pasadena Strawberry Festival and Benji was the perfect pick! Could there be a cuter face? 😍
It’s impossible to wrap our heads around the fact that this sweet face has been here with us since January.
He’s starting to show the effects of it too. When dogs have been here for so long, it’s almost like they start to expect to not be noticed, or to be passed by, so they start to get a little distant.
They still love people; it just takes a little work to convince them that you really are interested in them and that you really are there for them.
But when we took him out for a walk, he came to life. He was like a different dog when he came back in. He was eating treats and smiling and interacting.
Benji needs to be reminded that people see him and want him. If you can do that, please come see him soon. Ask for Benji (A158116) when you come in.
