BakerRipley is assisting homeowners in Pasadena who have been affected by the pandemic with their mortgage payments.
"The amount of assistance — how much and how long — for each homeowner is determined case by case. BakerRipley has $435,000 to use in the program by April, of which 49 percent has been committed so far. The organization wants to commit most of the funding by the end of the year to begin the process for each homeowner."
