A traffic stop by Precinct 8 Deputy Calhoun leads to the arrest of a driver for his 4th DWI with a Child Passenger, Possession of a Controlled Substance and Felon in Possession of a Firearm. 35 year old Gilbert Roland Mendoza was booked into the Harris County Jail and his bonds have been set at $37,500 total.
