A sweet volunteer saw Batman trembling in his kennel so she took him home for the weekend. Here's how it went.
This little guy has been scared at the shelter, and when one of our kind-hearted volunteers saw him trembling in his kennel, she decided to bring him home for the weekend to give him a much-needed break.
As you can see from the first photo, he was a little unsure of the car ride and hid under the bed for a few hours when they first got to the house, but then he met the other dogs in the house.
And that’s when we got to finally see his real personality. ❤️
Turns out, he loves to play! Other dogs seem to make him comfortable, and he loves to have fun and snuggle up with them.
He loves toys too and is quite fond of comfy dog beds as well. He’s a smart guy who learns things quickly and who will be quiet and relaxed when you are, but is usually ready to play if anyone is moving around.
He got a name (Batman), got to relax and got to be loved over the weekend. Now we are ready for him to have all of those things all of the time.
If you can help with that, call us or email us to set up a time to meet Batman (A161672).
